What makes hosting at 49 Coldbrook Different?

Our Event Planning Staff has close to 20 years of experience in Hospitality and are always focused on making your event the best it can be. With experience in everyday small events to large scale VIP events, to hosting Rock Stars and Professional Athletes, we have seen it all and are dedicated to making each event a customized success.

Can we get food or beverages at our event?

49 Coldbrook can absolutely help with making sure your event is fully stocked, we have a preferred bar service as well as a few catering options to choose from.

What size spaces, days and times are available for rental and how much does it cost?

We can accommodate most requests. Conference rooms would be available by the hour. Larger half day events for 75+ people in our cafe space are also possible, Our space is very accommodating and flexible. Cost is based on time, services needed, and space required. We look forward to working with you individually on your event.
