Yes, please help yourself to any of the waters, sodas or coffee drinks at any time. The drinks in the bar are also complimentary, but please check with your workplace policies for use of alcohol at the workplace. The 49 Coldbrook Staff is here to answer any questions you might have.

At this time access codes are to be handed out by management only. Building access is available on a timer system each day which should make entrance to the building easy for everyone. If you do have a special request or need after hours access, please contact 49 Coldbrook staff to help with that request.

We totally encourage you to take advantage of this amazing space to share with your friends and family. We have discounted rates available for all 49 Coldbrook tenants as well as special rates on drinks and food.

Absolutely, in fact it is encouraged. There are Peloton machines, free weights, a rower machine, and just about anything you would find at a workout facility. We also have a full locker room with a shower and separate bathroom, lockers, towels and toiletries. If you’re interested in learning how the machines work, ask for a tour and we will get you set up.
